dark09, the person who commissioned this project, had to leave on a trip a week and a half ago and, unfortunately, I wasn't able to get this last chapter to him before he left. He's insisted that I apologize on his behalf for the lateness of this release, even though I don't think that's at all warranted. Nevertheless, he's sorry.
