It's "Ushijima Iiniku" by Isami Nozomi and is about a famous Cosplayer turned model who goes by the stage name Ushijima Iiniku, who is an actual person.
In the afterward, the author says that he didn't want the book to be completely fictional and so spent a lot of time researching her, though he leaves us to guess at what parts are real and what parts he made up.

Ushijima liniku is awesome! She has her own blog where she posts pictures of herself, buts its all in japanese. One of her photos shows she has a clitoral ring. I wonder if Isami Nozomi kept that in.
