Isami Nozomi - Ushijima Iiniku Chapter 4 Part A and B

Here's part A and B of the fourth chapter of Ushjima.

Like most of these chapters, this one is also based on actual events and people.
The DVD they make is a real thing. It was directed by an adult film maker named Baksheesh Yamashita, and consisted of Ushijima visiting and fan's home, going to a hot springs, and filming on the streets of Tokyo.
