Ver9 - Tsumame de

Originally the plan had been to release the rest of this two chapters at a time, but by the time I finished the second and third chapter, The Commodore, the guy who commissioned this, fell out of contact. It wasn't until about a week after I finished the whole thing that he finally responded.

He asked me to apologize on his behalf for the lateness of the release.

Anyway, here's Ver9's Tsumame de in it's entirety.
